The retro rib looks great! I don’t think I knew that Brown Sheep made a sock yarn. Nice color. I’m glad I’m not alone in my love for this pattern.

Now, now. No poking eyes out. Socks are good. But how would I know? I’ve never knit a complete pair of socks. But still, no need to be poking eyes out!

Thrums, in the right context, could definitely be construed as smut, as could a lot of knitting terminology I think, if we just got a little creative thinking about it… (steek? I don’t think it’s just about ‘cutting the fabric’)

Okay, I’m reaching, but I love the socks, and they are to knitting smut as Georgia O’Keefe’s paintings are to art smut.

We missed you last night. The chocolate goddess was looking out for you though, because she smote the chocolate mousse.

(I won’t tell you that Elisa shared the Richart chocolates though… simply divine.)
