Getting a toddler/preschooler together and out the door with everything necessary makes an infant seem down right simple. Second baby gets a bottle and a diaper in the purse and you hope there are wipes in the car! As long as she lives and there are no injuries, all is well. Screaming builds lung power. Bev-- who's babies are in college far away or learning to drive-- whole new levels of sleeplessness. I’ll tell you when you realize how easy an infant can be– when you have your second child.
