Cool yarn! My friend and I think that about half your memory is birthed out with the placenta. I wonder what skills and knowledge I'll lose this time...

Lurker question..... (Love your blog, been reading for over a year now, been wondering this too...) Where/how did you originally learn to knit? From a family member, a book? How long have you been knitting? I desperately want to learn but my knitting grandmother lives too far away now to teach me, so I'm wondering about other sources. I'm insanely jealous of the beautiful baby clothes you make and want to one day make lovelies for my little boy. Wow. What a long comment this has become! Love the sock, too.
