I didn't do a list this year and haven't kept track. 
Babies and Moves are definitely time sinks.  I bet you haven't been doing all that much knitting, either.  I hope NY is suiting you well.</description>

		<description>I love the idea of maintaining a reading list like this, but my normal reading just doesn't lend itself well to this kind of thing (that mostly means re-reading... the same 20+ books at least two times a year).  

It's kind of embarassing.  If I didn't reread books in preference to finding new authors and books to love, I'd be a much better read individual.  :P</description>

		<description>You and I had many overlaps in our 2007 reading (10 of 17). I have averaged 90-100 books/year over the past 4 or 5 years (no babies any more; back when my two boys were little I was lucky to read 1/month). But this year I find I am knitting more and reading less, plus I am getting tired of *reading for credit*, i.e., reading real novels and even a few classics. So I am cutting back and letting my natural affinity for murder, mayhem, and suspense run wild. Reading is supposed to be fun, after all :-)</description>
