Ha! My daughter used to always draw herself, her father, the dog, and then I would be standing off in no-man’s land. At least 6″ shorter than everyone else. I could tell I was usually an afterthought, so don’t feel too bad. Are you sure you weren’t hidden under the dog hair

Too funny (and very astute of Sophia)! We’re still finding dog hair more than a year after ours passed away – dog hair really does have a life of its own.

I say the same thing about our house with the cat. Vacuuming (and then emptying the vacuum) is a bit of an adventure. I keep expecting it to give out kittens. Dirty kittens, but kittens all the same.
